Official Plan, Zoning and Planning Documents

The Town of Grand Valley is governed by a comprehensive Zoning By-Law which sets out the permitted uses on a property. There are two parts to a Zoning By-law. The first part is the Zoning Schedule (map) that show where the various zones apply in the Town. The second part is the text that contains the various regulations. See the Zoning By-law and Maps section below. All new buildings or additions within the Town of Grand Valley must comply with the Zoning By-Law and the Official Plan.
