Notice of Changes to Interim Tax Installment Due dates & Pre-Authorized Payment Plans
On December 10th, Grand Valley Council approved changes to both 2025 Interim Tax Installment Due Dates and the Town's Pre-Authorized Payment Program.
2025 Interim Tax Installment Due dates will be earlier than in previous years, due on or before February 11th and May 13th.
The 12 month pre-authorized payment plan will not be offered in 2025 and payment withdrawal dates will be on the 10th day of the month. Taxpayers currently enrolled in PAP Plans are encouraged to visit Tax Information for further details and updates regarding these changes.

On December 10th, the Town of Grand Valley Council approved the 2025 interim tax installment due dates and changes to the Town’s pre-authorized payment plans, effective for the 2025 tax year.
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Town of Grand Valley passed By-law 2024-51 on December 10th, 2024, under section 34 of the Planning Act, 1990, c.P. 13, as amended
PURPOSE & EFFECT OF BY-LAW
The purpose and effect of By-law 2024-51, is to expand the Legal Non-conforming Residential Use and to permit a second driveway.
SUBJECT LANDS
The property affected by this amendment is located at 68 Water Street (Roll #349900), as shown on the key map attached.
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Town of Grand Valley passed By-law 2024-52 on December 10, 2024, under section 34 of the Planning Act, 1990, c.P. 13, as amended
PURPOSE & EFFECT OF BY-LAW
The purpose and effect of By-law 2024-52, is to to rezone a portion of the subject lands to a Rural Residential Exception Thirty-seven (RR-37) Zone, to facilitate Consent Application for a Lot Line boundary adjustment.
SUBJECT LANDS
The property affected by this amendment is located at 402287 County Road 15 Roll #207300, as shown on the key map attached.

The Town of Grand Valley hereby notifies and advises all local residents that Grand Valley Bridge 10 located on Sideroad 27 and 28, approximately 950m South of Concession Road 12 and 13 has reopened.
We thank those affected by the bridge closure for their patience and co-operation during completion of the project work.
