Visit the portal by clicking this link - Streetlight Reporting Portal - and find the streetlight on the interactive map. Once you've found it, click on it, then click "Report an issue with this Streetlight" to fill in the report form. Orangeville Hydro will receive notification of the outage.
Note - Streetlights in Monticello and Colbeck are not available in this portal. Please call the Municipal Office at 519-928-5652 to let us know which light is out.
