The Grand River Room requires a deposit of $250.00.
At the end of your event, the room will be inspected by the Arena staff, and if no issues are found, the deposit will be returned to the method of payment provided at time of booking.
Town Hall will be closed for the holidays on December 24th at noon and reopen at 8:30 am. on January 2nd.

Our main hall consists of a 2400 sq ft banquet facility with attached full service kitchen and bar area.
The hall is complimented with tables and chairs, portable stage, podium and wireless integrated sound system.
The hall capacity is 241 for a licensed function and 305 for a chairs only event and is fully accessible.
The smaller meeting room can host a variety of events from meetings to birthday parties. This room also contains a full service kitchen with tables and chairs as needed to make this perfect for smaller groups.
You can combine this room rental with a private ice rental to host your own birthday party or family function. This room can also be licensed for a special occasion and holds up to 30 people.

Can I bring food and drinks into the party rooms?
You are welcome to bring your own food, cake and drinks for your guests. The room will be supplied with tables and chairs. Please note that the rooms will not be staffed during the event. Each party room has a fully equipped kitchen for your use.
We do not offer linens for the tables and/or chairs.
Can I decorate the party rooms?
Yes, you can decorate the party room. You will have 15 minutes before the scheduled activity to access the party room.
Please do not use staples, tacks or nails on the walls of the room. You can use painters tape for the decorations.
The arena does not provide decorations or supplies to put up the decorations.
Who cleans up after the party?
We kindly ask that you put all garbage in the bins provided and request that you leave the facility in the same condition as when you arrived.
Please do not leave any dishes in the dishwasher, everything must be put away.
How early can we come to set up?
Entrance to the party room will be allowed 15 minutes prior to allow for party set-up. You will also be allowed 15 minutes following for room clean up.
What is the refund/cancellation policy?
Refund requests five (5) business days or more before the program date are subject to a $75 administration fee. Refund requests within five (5) business days of the program date are subject to a refund of 50% of the package fee.
Is alcohol permitted in the party rooms?
Alcohol is permitted in both party rooms. A request at time of booking must be made informing us that you will have alcohol on site. You must apply for a Special Occasion Permit (SOP) prior to hosting your event.
If you are serving alcohol, you must have an individual with a Smart Serve License at the event.
We do not offer bartenders, disc jockey and/or caterers.
