TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Town of Grand Valley passed By-law 2026-05 on January 13, 2026, under section 34 of the Planning Act, 1990, c.P. 13, as amended.
PURPOSE & EFFECT OF BY-LAW
The purpose and effect of By-law 2026-05, is to permit recognize an undersized legal lot of record, to permit the construction of a single detached dwelling.
SUBJECT LANDS
The property affected by this amendment is located at 034541 Concession Road 8-9 (Roll # 124000), as shown on the key map attached.
This after school program provides a variety of activities: enjoy arts & crafts, board games, LEGO and more! Hot chocolate and a cookie snack makes it even more enjoyable! 2 sessions to ensure everyone can come! 3:15pm-4:00pm & 4:15pm-5:00pm
Join us every Wednesday from 1-2pm to gather with fellow knitters/crocheters and other needle workers for a time to share in your craft and socialize. Coffee and Tea served.
This program is designed to promote the love of books and reading with stories and songs. A small take away craft each day helps to develop the child's fine motor skills.
