  • Grand Valley Council Meeting - August 12, 2025

  • Total Fire Ban Declared

    Effective Immediately, a Dufferin County burn ban is in effect including the Town of Grand Valley. All burning permits are suspended. The ban prohibits all outdoor burning, including bon fires, recreational fires, construction burns, and any other types of outdoor fires. Violations of the burn ban can result in charges under the Provincial Offences Act and responsibility for fire service response costs.

  • Addendum 1 Issued - RFP-2025 Grand Valley Municipal Office and Library Facility Cleaning

    Please be advised that Addendum 1 has been issued for RFP2025-02Grand Valley Municipal Office and Grand Valley Public Library Facility Cleaning.

    Addendum 1 includes responses to questions received regarding the RFP. All bidders are encouraged to review this addendum to ensure their submissions reflect the most current information.

    At the July 22nd Council Meeting, Grand Valley Council directed Town staff to gather community feedback on the future uses of the Greta and Titch Boswell Memorial Lions Park Ball Diamond.

    This space is an important part of our community, and we want your input on how it can best serve Grand Valley moving forward!

  • Requests for Proposal - Facility Cleaning - Grand Valley Municipal Office and Grand Valley Public Library

    The Town of Grand Valley and the Grand Valley Public Library are seeking the assistance of a qualified contractor to provide janitorial services for the Town’s municipal office and the Grand Valley Public Library for an initial two-year term.
